Did we just become best friends? Bananas and dates are the perfect combination in this sweet smoothie packed with nutrients.

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 whole pitted dates (pre-chop into small chunks and make sure to put at top of blender)
  • ¼ cup oatmeal
  • Splash of orange juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Water
  • Ice
